I am an expat living in Peru. Apparently, HR Block has received notice of two payments which I have already paid, but supposedly I have until August 8th to pay. The IRS does not recognize two payments made via Bank of America with the Direct Pay system. Two of the payments are principal plus interest, and one is interest alone. All principal amounts have been paid. What should I do to resolve this issue?
