I am considering buying another rental property or a house to resell on a seller finance contract. I could buy a 450k house with a 3.3 percent interest rate and sell it for 500k at 6 or 6.5 percent interest, potentially cash flowing 1000 a month. Given the uncertain future, is it wise to take on more debt? What would happen with hyperinflation?
