I have an inquiry about Pivotal Home Solutions billing. I provided my credit card information for a $5 charge. I am located at 7600 Le Claire Ave., Skokie, IL. 60077. I am 89 years old and have a dependent, my wife Patricia Eischen. The monthly billing for Home Solutions was initiated by Nicor, and I did not request it. I would like a credit back for these payments or at least the discontinuation of Pivotal Home Solutions on my monthly Nicor bill.
