I am the trustee/executor of my deceased brother's Trust (Estate). I paid myself $11,217 for 3 years of administration. The Trust CPA for IRS taxes said I need to do a 1099 since it's over $600. I need to know which specific 1099 form to use and what to do with it. Does it go to the Trust CPA who files the Trust taxes with the IRS? Also, is the same document given to my personal CPA?

I am trying to check the status of my federal income tax refund. I filed my 2022 taxes with M&M tax preparers, but they left out a number in my banking account information. I haven't accessed my account online and haven't received any updates by mail or phone. What should I do to resolve this issue?

If my child has a personal physical injury settlement agreement that states the payment is for physical injury and cites 104(a)(2) in the settlement agreement, saying it's tax exempt, should I be sent a 1099 and told by the risk pool that their records say the payment received is for a non-physical injury claim, which is a lie, and should I be led by them to claim my loss of consortium that is attributable to my daughter's physical injuries as taxable and claim the attorney's income earned from the settlement too?
