Hello, my daughter e-filed my taxes in March, but they were rejected because the IRS said the person trying to file is deceased. I contacted the IRS, who confirmed I am alive and there is no problem to fix. However, when we tried to e-file again with our CPA, it was rejected for the same reason. Additionally, I did not receive my return from last year or any of the 3 stimulus checks. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I didn't receive the first two stimulus checks. I was told to file a recovery or something like that. I filled and recovered the third check. How can I get the first two stimulus checks?

I have not received a refund since 2012 and have been audited in 2012. I file my W2 every year but don't get a return. I am concerned about my federal taxes and why I cannot receive my returns for so many years. Additionally, I received a letter on April 22, 2021, stating that a $1,400 payment was mailed to me under the American Rescue Plan, which I have not received. I need to understand this situation and would prefer to talk to someone face to face.
