I became a Legal Permanent Resident (LPR) in February 2014 and started filing tax returns from 2019. For the years 2014-2018, my income was below the IRS minimum required for filing (less than $25k filing jointly) and I do not owe anything to the IRS. Should I file 1040 for the years 2014-2018 even if I was not required, especially for Naturalization purposes where they ask if I have filed for all years?

I have shares in a Canadian private company that I am returning to the company in exchange for some assets. The shares were acquired in 2018 at $0.01 each, and the company now values them at $0.05 each. I don't want to pay capital gains tax on the difference. How can I structure this transaction to avoid capital gains tax?

I am a disabled individual, and my property tax bill has increased to $1,681.00, which I cannot afford as I am barely getting by on my disability checks. I live in Texas, zip code 76450, and the taxes are separate from my mortgage. What options do I have to manage or reduce my property tax liability?

I need information on my house rebate. I moved into my house on March 3, 2013, and it was initially valued at $100,000 but is now worth $125,000. I never filed for a rebate. I am located in Philadelphia, PA, USA. How can I claim my rebate and where can I find an application for it?
