I accidentally reported that I did not receive the second stimulus payment. How will this affect my tax return and how can I fix it?

I sold on eBay in 2020 and payments for sold items go directly to PayPal. PayPal states they only issue a 1099-K if both sales over the calendar year exceed $20,000 and total sales exceed 200. My sales exceeded $20,000 but my total number of sales were less than 200. I never received a 1099-K from PayPal for this reason. I assume the IRS will not receive one either. Do I report my sales or not?

I traded the firm's capital of $100,000 and made a $5,500 profit. I also have a regular job in retail. What would be the average amount I would have to pay in taxes for the $5,500, and how long do I have to pay it? Additionally, can the $650 fee for taking an evaluation each time to trade the firm's capital be used as a write-off, especially since I spent around $15,000 in fees and made only $5,500 in profit?
