I electronically filed my taxes and realized after I submitted it I made a mistake by checking the box stating that I didn’t want it direct deposited and I didn’t want a refund. I sent in an amended return this last Friday explaining my error as I still haven’t got my $600 yet. Will the IRS catch my mistake? Will it affect my 3rd stimulus payment?
