I am due a tax refund and have not received it. I have two addresses and the check was probably sent to my Sarasota address. I called and spoke to someone about the wrong address about two months ago, and they changed the address and said I would get a check within 4-6 weeks. That has not happened. I need to speak to a person because this is not a usual situation. Can you give me a number for a real person?
