I filed my 2011 taxes online via TurboTax and paid one-half of the taxes due on 4/16/12. On the same day, I applied for a direct debit installment agreement for my next payment due, indicating I wanted it paid on the 15th of the month. I later paid the remaining balance in full on 6/26/12. Yesterday, I received a 1962C letter from the IRS agreeing to a direct debit installment agreement which is set to debit my account on 8/15/12. How do I cancel this direct debit installment agreement since my taxes are fully paid?
