I filed my 2018 taxes through Turbo Tax on February 5th. My account got flagged for fraud and I had to verify my account. I received a notice that they are holding my account and researching the information and calculations made by Turbo Tax, and I have to wait until June 2nd for an answer. In the meantime, since I didn't receive a timely refund, Turbo Tax charged me $130. What should I do?

I am trying to fill out Form 8379 and don't understand the community property section. My husband and I don't own any property, and I live in California, a community property state. My husband acquired a debt during our marriage, which is causing our joint tax refunds to be withheld. I wasn't aware of this debt. I am 70 years old and my CSRS retirement pension is being taxed as if I am married with three dependents, but I am a single person with zero dependents. My Social Security is offset to only $369 a month due to the CSRS pension. My net CSRS pension is only $2,500 monthly. What do I need to do?

In a commercial building business operating as a C-Corp, the A/C system was changed out in 2018. I heard that the cost of the A/C system can be fully deductible. This is usually depreciated over time. What is the new law on this and where can I find it? Does it have to be reported on form 4562?
