I received the first stimulus payment but haven't received any others. I am on disability, cannot work more than part-time, and don't understand what happened to the other payments. What should I do to claim the missing stimulus payments?

I have a few questions related to my wife's part-time work as a contractor cleaning vacation rentals. We file jointly. The company she works for did not send a 1099-NEC for 2021, claiming they are not required to send 1099s to contractors. Is that correct? Is the income from her work Qualified Business Income? Can my wife declare that her income is used to pay for our health insurance, even though I've been paying for it? We have separate policies under our names, and her policy is under her name. She has the more expensive policy (Obamacare).
