I filed my tax return on 03/18/2022 and received a notice in early April requesting social security numbers and the date of death for someone I was collecting from who passed away due to COVID on 01/07/22. I made corrections and sent them to Texas but have not received my refund, which is still processing. What should I do about the notice and how can I track my refund status?

I just got my account transcript from the IRS and it says 'single' even though I filed as head of household. Did they make a mistake or am I reading it wrong? How can my tax return transcript say head of household and my account transcript say single?
