I have been trying to find out where my refund is. I filed my tax return this year by paper, not e-file, but I do not have the exact filing date. How can I track my refund status?

I am located at 29846 Coyote Rdg Culdesac, ID 83524, I am 38 years old, married filing jointly, with two kids and a stay-at-home wife/mom. My income for 2021 was $36,870.31, but I'm not sure about 2020. What should I do to check the status of my 2020 tax refund?

We filed our taxes by paper on 2/24/2022 as Florida residents to Austin TX and over-estimated RMDs, sending too much on 1040-ES to Charlotte NC. We cannot talk to a real person about the status of our refund and cannot get an answer using "Where's My Refund." What can we do to find out why there is a delay?
