I need to withdraw my money from my rollover IRA. Is this going to be added to next year's tax year 2023 Income taxes? I am using the funds to have an addition put on my daughter's home so I can move in with her. I am 71 years old and have handed capped and can't live alone. The IRA was my husband's, and I rolled it over when he passed on 10/30/2014.
