I had $900 taken out of my account illegally by GoBank, which was part of my Social Security deposit. Despite providing proof that the money was mine, I haven't received it back since July 29th. GoBank has turned the funds over to Green Dot corporate office, but I can't get anyone to talk to me about this issue. What can I do to get my money back?

I own a residence in Washington state and have spent the majority of my time in Iowa in recent years, living in an RV. I turned 71 in August of 2023. I saw something on the internet that suggested I should have deducted some IRA payments before now. Is that correct? I have no dependents and my typical filing status is single. My income is around $70,000 to $80,000 from a government pension and investment returns.
