I had no income last year, but paid all expenses out of pocket for mortgages, etc., and would be due a refund. How do I make sure I can claim this on next year's taxes? Additionally, can you provide me with any publications on what will be allowed to claim on next year's taxes that might be 'carried over' until next year? I also had a loss on an activity with a rental home (partnership).
