I have a 457 Deferred Comp account with a NYC local government agency. It has a maximum contribution limit of $19,500 per year. Once I hit that limit, will it automatically stop deducting contributions, or do I need to inform them to stop? If I accidentally go over the limit, what are the tax implications and how will I be notified?

I have not received any stimulus checks and need help to get any stimulus funds for which I am qualified. I filed my 2020 income tax statement on February 223, 2021 in Sarasota, FL with Terry Merlen. My life partner, who filed with the same consultant, received his stimulus funds some time ago. How can I claim my missing stimulus payments?

I filed my federal tax refund on 3/23/21 and am supposed to get a refund of $11,428.00. I understand that an IRS agent has to view the return, but I am continually being told that it is being processed and cannot get any answers from the IRS. I am 74 years old, located in St. Charles, IL, and filed jointly with my spouse. My income was around $80K, but I had a substantial loss in 2020, which is the reason for the refund. I paid around $7K in 2020. Where is my return?
