I have a missing W2 from my former employer and was told I can file my taxes using Form 4852, but I was also told that I can't use Form 4852 without a tax transcript because it cannot estimate my earnings accurately. I downloaded my transcripts for earned income wages for the 2022 year but there is no data. How can I file my taxes while missing a W2?

We are in Georgia and sell items that are made out of state. We do not pay sales tax when we buy the product. Are we required to charge sales tax on those items if they are sold to a party in our state? Does it depend on where the product came from, such as Canada? What if we sell to builders instead of end consumers? What is the difference between sales and use tax?
