I can’t get form 2210 and a supporting statement to print or become part of my return which I intend to e-file. In it, I am requesting a waiver of the penalty because my 2024 withholding is more than 100% of my 2022 total tax. How do I print form 2210 and the explanation statement so I can mail it as part of my return?

If I have a code V on a form W-2 and I received a 1099-B with cost basis included in the basis, do I still need to add my Code V value to the basis on the 1099-B? Also, can I always rely on the cost basis from the broker to provide the correct cost basis for this transaction, and is there a surefire way to know if my W-2 compensation is already included in the basis on 1099-B?
