I have a sole member LLC that didn't operate due to a potential employee issue, had no employees, and filed a D5 indicating no income because the company never got off the ground. Now, I realize there is probably less than $5k over the 2 years it existed, and I didn't file any returns. A lawyer says my D5 was legally true at the time, but what should I do with the $5k?
