We have a continuous levy on our credit card processor from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Does this mean they will take the charges every day, or what does it mean?

Is it typical for the IRS to leave a message on an answering machine without identifying that they are looking for a specific person? Why do the men who answered my call act so rudely if they are representatives of the IRS? Why could they not just answer my questions about the legitimacy of the call I received before I offered any of my personal information? If I am being audited, what do I do next?

What is the cost basis for the units sold in a public partnership? The K-1 has a sales schedule showing how to calculate the cost basis, but I am confused with the negative number in column 6 (Adjustments to Basis) -8,678. I am not sure if I should add column 5 and 6 together. Is the cost 2019 or 19375?

We have a 501C3 organization. We received a letter from the IRS on July 12 providing our approval and our EIN. But I never received anything that has a sales tax exemption number, that some merchants are claiming to need in order for us not to get charged sales taxes. Do you know where I can get that?
