I have an S-Corp in California and plan to invest most of the income back into business, real estate, crypto currency, and other assets for 2024. Should I keep the CA S-Corp or dissolve it and form a Wyoming LLC instead? Additionally, if I am currently living in South Korea and my business is 100% online, do I still need to pay CA income tax? Can my CA S-corp acquire real estate or crypto currency as investment assets for write-offs, and are there requirements on how long I need to hold these investments?
