I have had attempts to take money out of my Bank Account that is used to deposit my Social Security Check. I have opened a new account, but the information on the Web Page stated that it would take 6 weeks to establish a new "Deposit Account" for my Check. This would make all of my bills late, including my Rent. Is there a way to expedite the process, and should I provide the information for the new Bank Account via the Social Security Website?

I need to file my 2016 tax return but I have lost all my W2s and 1099s due to Hurricane Harvey. I filed an extension for 2016 and received a letter stating I had to file by today to continue my insurance coverage through the Affordable Care Act. I was employed through August 2016 and had a side job as a musician, receiving 1099s from places I performed. I can't remember where all I performed and have lost all self-employed income and deduction receipts. I was hoping to have the IRS file my return and send me the bill since I can't file a full return with my deductions.

I am an EA and have a client who I submitted an OIC for, which was totally approvable. The client then received an inheritance and paid off all his credit card debt and his car. The IRS asked for more data for the OIC, and I found out about the inheritance. The inheritance is largely gone, and the client cannot drive Uber due to a back injury. What is my best approach? Do I tell the IRS he paid off all his debts and has nothing left? Or do I withdraw the OIC? With what he has now, he probably is CNC or OIC eligible, except for the car which he was using for business. What are the consequences of withdrawing OIC? Can he simply re-apply?

My sister passed away and she was the trustee of my deceased father's Trust. I am now the successor trustee of both her trust and my father's trust, and I am the only beneficiary of her trust. I filed federal tax returns for both Trusts, but am not sure where to file the state tax return. Both my sister and father were residents of Florida, where both trusts were formed, but I am a resident of North Carolina. What should I do?
