I have not filed tax returns for the years 2009, 2010, and 2011. My ex-wife and I were married during those years, and I was incarcerated from December 6, 2011, until June 22, 2021. A divorce decree was finalized on March 18, 2021. I am not aware of any IRS filings that have been done for those years and have not personally filed or authorized anyone to act on my behalf. How can I review my responsibility regarding these tax issues?

I sold a house 18 years ago through an exchange, rented it for 4 years, lived in it as my primary residence for 5 years, and used it as a weekend home for the remaining years. Now I am selling it in 2021. Is there anything special I need to do with the IRS other than just selling it?
