I am trying to pay my estimated taxes and need to change my address on the form. The form says to 'see instructions' if I need to change my address, but I don't know where the instructions are. I also tried to pay online but was redirected to McAffee's site part of the way through the process. How can I change my address and pay my estimated taxes?
