I filed a 2553 form on Feb 15, 2021 to elect S Corp status for my LLC for Tax Year 2021, but the IRS did not acknowledge receipt. I filed another 2553 on Mar 10, 2021 for 2022. In April 2022, I received a letter from the IRS accepting my S Corp election for Jan 1, 2021. I already filed my 1040 with Schedule C for 2021 and paid self-employment tax. I issued a W2 for $22,000 for myself in 2021, but the full profit was $70,000. Should I amend my 1040 and resubmit 1120S for 2021, and how do I determine a reasonable salary for S Corp status?
