I haven’t received my monthly social security check yet. I thought I had direct deposit. I’ve been receiving benefits for several years and had to open a new bank account recently. I received last month’s check on June 9th. What should I do?

I was told by SSI that my wife, who is a stay-at-home mom, would receive half of my retirement benefit, which was estimated to be $1157 starting in August. However, I received a notice stating her benefit would be $309, starting in August and paid in September. This is a significant disparity. What do I need to do to ensure she receives the correct 50% benefit?

I never received my 1099G form and filed my IL-IRS tax return without it. I calculated my withheld funds from my IDES 'payments' website. Now IL-IRS wants to see the actual 1099G. I had many unsuccessful attempts back in January and the same today. What can I do that does not require a website or phone call? I'm 79 and ex USMC, not very familiar with online systems, and need my 1099G.

We need copies of W2 forms for 2020 and 2019 for closing on a new house in Ohio. We cannot create an online account because some information does not match IRS records, and our previous records are boxed up and not accessible. Can you help?
