I helped to fill out taxes for 11 elderly people who receive social security and some also get a small pension. We filled in the pension amount on the tax form but didn't send in the proof of pension amount. Will this stop them from getting the stimulus payment?

On my husband's check, there is no federal withholding being taken out. The top of the check says 'Allowances/extra' and under that it is 'Fed-1/0/CO-1/0'. Can you tell me what this means and what problems I am facing? We live in Colorado. I also work and make $1918.08 a month after taxes and insurance. Do you think this is going to be a problem?
