I inherited an IRA from my father who passed away in 2012. I have been taking Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) every year since then. Due to the SECURE Act of 2019, most beneficiaries must empty the account within 10 years of the account owner’s death. However, since I inherited the IRA prior to 2019, I want to know if I am grandfathered in to the stretch rule, which would allow me to continue taking RMDs over my lifetime instead of having to zero out the account within 10 years.

I received a 1099 NEC for a donation in 2023, but I do not have a business. How do I report this as other income?

I am trying to file an amended return with a 1099, and the refund went from $6900 to $4200, with them also asking me to pay the IRS $2400 on $5411 only of non-employee compensation. It seems like I am getting taxed twice. I don't own a business, don't have anything but mileage to deduct for this income. Is this correct?

Trying to find my AGI number. I had H&R Block do my taxes last year, but I don't have access to my IRS account. My lawyer advised me to get the AGI. How can I obtain it?
