I need help figuring out which state to select for withholding. I'm currently in Utah but have moved around a lot, including living in NY until early August and working in California for most of November and Utah for December. I'm 33 with no dependents and made roughly $40K this year, including unemployment benefits. My permanent residence is my parents' house in Massachusetts.
