I just signed into 2022 Drake Tax and can't continue with a new return because of a message stating I haven't paid for the return, even though I paid for 10 returns upfront and the payment was processed and deducted from my bank account. What should I do to resolve this issue and get my returns done?

I need help filing my tax return. Is there an IRS location near my zip code 33139 in Miami Beach, Florida, where I can go to sit down with a human being for assistance? I am 79 years old, retired, widowed, and made about $60,000 this year. I have no dependents and last year I spent 7 hours trying to file on TurboTax, which was rejected multiple times.
