I did not receive my stimulus check that was approved for 2020. I am a senior, and all my checks go to direct deposit, but I never received my stimulus check. Did I get a stimulus check last year by mail, but can’t understand why when I have direct deposit for my Social Security and pension?

I purchased a home in CA in 2005 for $245k, converted it to a rental in 2009, and sold it in 2020 for $244K. I depreciated $56K. TurboTax is asking me to divide the asset and land. If I do, it makes a big difference. How should I handle this for tax purposes?
