My parents inherited my deceased brother's house in Fountain Valley, Calif. this year. My brother bought it for $600K in 2017. Zillow shows it's now worth $800K. Do you see any IRS problems if my parents sell it to me for $600K even though it's worth $800K? I would purchase it through a 1031 exchange. I happen to be in the 45-day identification period.

If you're an S Corp of one, are you still able to get a group health plan? I am located in Georgia, 53 years old, married with a spouse, and made about $200,000 this year. I thought I read that I was not eligible for the SHOP market as a self-employed S-corp, but it seems it might depend on the state.

I worked for a company and never received a W-2 form. I have spoken to my employer about this and have filled out a request to get a copy of my W-2. I also checked the IRS site, but it shows that I don't have a W-2 on file. What should I do?
