I missed a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) for 2023 for a minimum of $544. After realizing that I made a withdrawal on 3/07/24 of $1000, is there a way that I can apply it to my 2023 return to affect federal, state, and local taxes?

Using Turbo Tax, I was able to download all my investment 1099 forms from Fidelity, except one from Bank of America's private banking. I entered both short and long term gains manually. The software told me I need to mail a copy of my 1099 from BoA to IRS. Is that correct? For all other accounts, which were downloaded directly through Turbo Tax, do I need to do the same, i.e., mail a copy of the 1099 to IRS? All accounts are stocks and bonds managed by Fidelity or BoA.
