I use my Massachusetts address when submitting my tax forms. The IRS is asking me to verify my identity on a program called ID Verify, which requires various forms of identification, including a driver's license. I have a Massachusetts driver's license that has expired and a Michigan driver's license with my Mexican address, both of which are unacceptable to ID Verify.
