We suspect that our 2021 tax filing sent to Ogden was never received or processed by the IRS. We have not gotten any useful information from the "Where's My Refund" website. What should we do to trace the filing and ensure it is processed?

I’m thinking about living in Bali and working remotely for a company that can employ me anywhere, with the only condition being that I have a tax residency. In which country can I get an easy tax residency with a low tax rate? I am currently located in the Netherlands, I’m 35 years old, have a girlfriend and two kids, and my typical filing status is ~150K. I am fine with setting up a company if it is easy and needed to get tax residency, ideally in Europe.
