I need clarification on taxes. My wife and I both work, and I also own my own company. We are located in Oklahoma, aged 37 with 2 kids. My wife and I made about 90k combined from our regular jobs, and my business made around 40k gross. I want to know the appropriate path to file taxes for my LLC and how to do it when we have our personal taxes to deal with as well.

I have two biological children who have lived with me all year long. Their mother left the home in October, but she lived in the home for over 6 months. I plan to claim both children on my taxes, but the mother says I don't have permission. I've paid the majority of the living expenses. Do I have the right to claim my children, and what are the possible consequences if I file both children on my taxes in Tennessee, where we were not married?

Did you receive any interest, for example, from UK banks, UK building societies, UK unit trusts (or untaxed foreign interest up to £2,000)? Do I have to include my help to buy account interest? Or is it tax free and I have to answer "No"?

Federal taxes are not being taken out of my paycheck. I am located in New York, 31 years old with 3 children, and my typical filing status is married filing jointly with an annual income of around $16,000. I am an employee and have not filed to be exempt on my W-4. My employer advised me to fill out a new W-4 but could not offer assistance. What should I do?
