How can I change my bank account number for the IRS to do a direct deposit, as the account they used for the last stimulus check has been closed and I cannot edit it online at IRS.gov?

We had to paper file our 2019 taxes and it still has not been processed due to delays. We e-filed our 2020 taxes, had to claim the recovery rebate, and it has been accepted by the IRS and processing. It has not fully processed as of today. Will this mean we will miss out on the 3rd stimulus since they do not have our 2019 information processed and still currently processing 2020?

I am retired and on disability. How do I file for my stimulus if I don't pay taxes and have not filed for years? My income was roughly $19,500 from Social Security and $5,500 from a gambling win. I live in Illinois and have been staying with my daughter in Japan for the past year. My daughter claimed me on her taxes in 2016-17, and I received Social Security at the end of 2017. I was told I had been filed on someone's taxes for 2018, but my daughter says she did not file for me after 2017. Will filing this time straighten things out, and if not, how do I resolve it?
