I need more help finding the information the IRS needs to process stimulus checks. I collect Social Security and filed taxes this year, but the IRS page says there is not enough information on file or that I am not eligible. I was not claimed as a dependent, and I make 810 a month, which is below the 75,000 limit. Why am I still getting error messages and not receiving any stimulus packages?

I was supposed to receive $903.00 for my federal tax refund, but my Chime card only showed $303.00. Can you tell me why? I am 49, single, head of household, and do not have any dependents. I did not claim the $600 second stimulus payment on my tax return as I already received it by mail. I need the full refund amount back on my account as I have bills to pay with deadlines.
