I am 51 years old, married, and made roughly $20,000 this year. What should I do to get information on my second stimulus payment?

I just became an LLC on September 30th, 2020. Should I pay quarterly taxes on January 15th? If so, would I use the 1040-ES form for individuals? I am 39, married with 4 children, and my business made $8,045 in the three months since I started. I am concerned about the quarterly tax and how to pay that.

I was released from prison in March 2019 after a 5-year stay. I lost my personal ID PIN and haven't filed taxes since. I made around $500 too much to be a non-filer last year, and my attempt to file was denied. I didn't receive the first stimulus check. What can I do to try and get the second stimulus check? I'm not tech-savvy and am easily discouraged by this kind of thing. If I went to an H&R type place, could they get my PIN, or will I have to do it?
