There has been fraud on my account, and it was reported. The account was closed for 2 days, and I received a new account number. I have a balance of about $385 (including the fraudulent amounts) and have not been able to make a payment. Does anyone else have access to this account?

I've been using TurboTax for years, filing joint returns with my wife and as head of household. Last year, I accidentally submitted my return without my wife's information and tried to file an amendment, but it was already accepted. Additionally, the system tried to claim my 25-year-old son who needs to file his own return. How do I correct this for last year and file correctly this year?
