I am an S Corp and want to file electronically. When I try, it says efile forms are not available. Are we just waiting for the government to approve the forms or cannot efile 1120-S or 100S?

I have completed my TurboTax Federal Income Tax for 2020, but my quarterly tax payments of $1,255 made in 2020 did not appear. Due to the economic stimulus award of $1,200, my tax return shows a refund due of $1,002. When added to my 2020 payments, I am due $2,257. Why are my quarterly tax payments not recognized in TurboTax for 2020?
