I need to get an IP PIN for my friend who has no email address or internet access. He had H&R Block do his taxes back in April but hasn't received them yet. H&R Block says they can't help him and he needs the IP PIN. I tried the website you sent but it seems to have taken my information instead of his. How can we get the IP PIN for him?
