My mother passed away on 4/3/22 and left 3 properties in PA, including one commercial property. As beneficiaries, my sister and I will owe inheritance tax. I have several questions: A) Is our estate attorney required to handle the inheritance tax forms? B) Will there be a set of forms for each sibling or only one set of forms? C) Is there a way to make a partial or late payment?
