I need to set up payment plans for my 2017 taxes. I can't create an account or access my information because it doesn't recognize my mobile phone number. I've been trying to get through on the 800 number for weeks but am always on hold and have never gotten through. My balance is due May 8 and I can't send them that much money. What should I do?

I am late filing. I cannot recall if I am required to file 1099-S or 1099-Misc for funds given to a former business partner after the sale of my home that was originally a flip project that ended up becoming my residence. The home sold in July 2018, and I gave the former partner $132k to cover the $83k invested plus interest. No written partnership agreement existed.

Can I order a copy of my past K1 from the IRS if the partnership has sent it to the IRS but not to me, and there is bad blood between us, so I need a copy?

Due to a year-end correction, I need to issue 2 additional W-2's for 2015. I have already sent in my red copies to Social Security for my other employees. Do I just print the new W-2's and W-3 or do I need to do W-2c & W-3? These 2 employees did not have a W-2 before the correction.
