I owe federal taxes for 2021 and need a payment plan to pay them over 6-9 months. I am a widow and was unaware that federal taxes weren't being withheld on my husband's retirement. How can I set up a payment plan for my tax debt?

My husband received a pension in 2020 that was converted to an IRA, and he withdrew money from the account. He left the company twenty years ago and was 58 at the time of withdrawal. Does he qualify for the exception to the 10 percent penalty for qualified employee plan distributions due to separation from service in or after the year he reached 55?

My wife is applying for U.S. Citizenship and we need to provide 5 years of tax returns for that process. I think the last time I filed was 2019. I have that return but your records may show 2018, 2020, or more returns. Where are you currently located?

I put up a 16 x 20 shed on my residential property that I use 100% as my woodworking shop for my business. How do I classify this shed for depreciation and what is the shortest amount of time I can depreciate it over? Can I write it all off in year 1 or does it have to be longer like 15, 20, 25 years or more? The shed sits on a stone foundation and is not anchored to the ground like a concrete foundation.
