I received a CP2000 notice from the IRS for 2012 indicating my husband and I owe roughly $1700, and TurboTax calculates that I also owe $700 for 2013. I'm not working due to pregnancy, my husband was recently laid off, and we are getting a divorce. What are my best options for handling these tax debts, and can I prepare the paperwork myself or do I need professional help?

I work for a healthcare company based in Mississippi. I live in Florida and receive my paycheck mailed to my Florida home address. I work as a coordinator for my company, servicing Georgia-based hospitals; traveling to the hospitals daily, returning home to Florida 4 out of 5 nights each week. Am I responsible for paying Georgia state taxes?

I am selling my financial planning practice for $175,000. Since I qualify for Obamacare, should I take the payment in a single year and forgo the Federal relief, or is it wiser to take the payment over 3 to 4 years to minimize tax liability and maintain Obamacare benefits?
