I received a CP2000 notice in December stating that some settled student debt was cancelled in 2017 and I didn't include it in my income. I responded to the CP2000 by the deadline and paid right away. Today, I received another notice with the code NOBOD at the top. Does this mean I'm going to get audited? Do I have to sign this and mail it in? What does the code NOBOD mean?

I am confused about when I need to file Form 8283. I have over $500 in non-cash donations, but no single item is worth $500. Do I need this form?

I have two tax papers, one from retirement and one from social security disability. The retirement had taxes taken out, but the social security disability did not. I receive $46,548 in disability benefits with no taxes taken out. Am I in trouble? I also receive $1200 a month from retirement. Are there other sources of income (wages, interest, dividends, etc.)? Is there anything else the Accountant should know before I connect?

I just created an LLC and have a few questions. First, is it better to file a separate return or include the LLC on my personal return? Second, what is the best way to pay myself from the LLC, and how would that affect my taxes? If I pay myself, would I get taxed on that income twice? Third, as an eCommerce business with a registered retail merchant certificate, who do I charge Indiana sales tax to? Since customers purchase from me and I am located in Indiana, does that mean the transaction took place in Indiana and everyone pays the sales tax?

As an F-1 visa holder, is it legal to crowdfund as a business rather than as an individual, and if I hire someone to run the company, am I still within legal boundaries?

I just started a single-member LLC in October 2019 and haven't made any profit yet. Do I need to file quarterly taxes by the end of February for the 2019 tax year? Also, what about the ST-100 form for sales and use taxes, and how do I start collecting sales tax if I haven't made any sales yet?
