I closed on my house on the 23rd and did not need to use an exchange account. The proceeds were 70K. My annual income is around 54k. I live in Show Low, AZ 85901. I am married with no dependents, and my wife does not work. We put all the money in our checking account temporarily and don't plan on buying another house any time soon. Do I need to do anything with the proceeds before the end of the year tax-wise?

We have not received our tax returns for 2018, 2019, and 2020. These were done by our tax preparer, Patsy Nichols, who claims she submitted them. However, we have not received any payments for these years, nor have we received the economic impact payments. What should we do to try to get these payments made to us?

We did not receive our 3rd stimulus check. Would you please let me know why we didn't receive it? Our tax man said we were supposed to have received one. We are a married couple, ages 63 and 61, with one minor dependent, and we file taxes and pay what we owe for state taxes.
